A house full of history
We would like to welcome you to our traditional and family guided farm. Since 4 generations Farm Capbon belongs to the same family and Stolzenberg Hunting was established over 30 years ago in 1976. When Stolzenberg Hunting was founded one of the most famous professional hunters of Namibia was supporting us, Hubertus Graf (count) zu Castell Rüdenhausen. He is the author of a very famous hunting book: “Hunting between the Namib and the Kalahari desert.“
Welcome on our farm
Farm Capbon is situated 370km (225 miles) north of Namibia’s capital, Windhoek. Capbons’ 12,000ha (33,000 acres) of farmland is used for hunting and cattle grazing. Farm Capbon is one of the best hunting areas in northern Namibia for Eland, Kudu, and Warthog. Farm Capbon has 9,000ha (24,000 acres) of low fences offering excellent free ranging Kudu, Eland, Steinbok, Duiker, Lynch/Caracal, and Warthog. Farm Capbon also has 3,000ha (8,000 acres) of high fences where Blue and Black Wildebeest, Blesbock, Hartebeest, Impala, Mountain Zebra and Oryx can be hunted.
Special game
Lepard, cheetah and Lynch/Caracal are the unique cats you can find. On our farm we offer you the variety of hunting from a truck, stalking game on foot, or hunting from the 17 high tower blinds we have spread around on the farm. Therefore we can tailor your hunt to your needs and interests. You will have an one-on-one hunting experience; each hunter is accompanied by their own guide.
