Fritz Stolzenberg Senior was born and raised in Germany. He decided to leave his hometown behind in 1976 and arrived in Namibia. He started working at Farm Us in Komas Hochland as a farm manager. In the beginning he invited his friends from Germany to join him for hunting. After a while Fritz decided to start a hunting company and he combined his passion with business. Stolzenberg Hunting was founded. Ursula Stolzenberg, his wife, was supporting him from the beginning and started to take care of the hunters in her off time. His main game for hunting was Zebra, that´s why the farm´s logo is a Zebra.

Count Castell zu Rüdenhausen was the PH (professional hunter) for Stolzenberg Hunting and was part of the new business. Fritz and the count started hunting together with the guests. After a while Fritz offered Eland hunts at the family farm in the north. He moved with his wife to the family farm in 1984. From then on Farm Capbon is growing.
